Interpreting Dreams VEHICLES

Dreams of Various Vehicles:  These indicate that you have a calling on your life that will carry you from one point to another. Cars, planes, buses may be symbols of the type or even the size or type of ministry you will be engaged in. That’s why there are different kinds of vehicles. Note the color of the vehicle, if it is a car, what is the make and model? Observe who is driving it. Do you know the person? Is it someone from your past? If the driver is faceless, this may refer to a person who will appear sometime in your future or that the Holy Spirit is your driving guide.

A

Airplane – When dreaming of an airplane this could represent traveling in one’s personal life or a traveling ministry. Consider the positioning and size of the aircraft.

Positive: To dream the airplane is flying or soaring could indicate being caught away to a different place, depending on the destination of the aircraft. This also could represent being moved in or operating in the gifts of the spirit. If the aircraft in the dream is a jet this could represent a powerful ministry or a fast progressing ministry. To dream of a jet passenger or fighter plane could represent a church or an individual person.

Negative: The airplane may also represent in dreams lack of prayer or preparation if the airplane is flying too low. This position of the airplane may also symbolize not following or being led by the spirit.

If the aircraft is flying near electrical power lines this could represent in a dream danger in one’s personal life or ministry. The location of the airplane could represent a need for much prayer. To see an airplane crash this could represent a failure such as a church split.

If there are survivors after the plane crash this could denote the remaining people after the church split. This crash could also represent a personal disaster such as a failed business deal or marriage.

  

Automobile (Car,Truck) – When dreaming of an automobile, this could represent one’s life or a ministry. Consider the condition of the car, the type of car it is and the color.

Positive: The automobile, if new could represent in your dreams a fresh new way of life or embarking on a new ministry. If the automobile in the dream is a convertible and the attention is on the top being up this could represent the dreamer’s personal or spiritual life being covered. If the automobile breaks down this could represent difficulties or sickness to one’s ministry or personal life. This condition of the automobile could symbolize an opposition or hindrance to one’s career and means of support.

 To dream your automobile is crashed or in a wreck could signify conflict, a mistake or sin in one’s ministry or the dreamer’s personal life. It also could represent a conflict with someone that can turn into an offense.

To look in the rearview mirror while driving backwards shows that you are not looking forward and that you want to return to Egypt. It also could denote legalism, not by the spirit of law or God’s Spirit. (2 Corinthians 3:6; Philippians 3:16; 2 Peter 2:14; Nahum 2:4;Acts 16:6-7)

Auto Junkyard – When dreaming of an auto junkyard this could represent one’s ministry or life being in ruins.

Negative: Dreaming of an auto junkyard could represent lost souls and corruption in one’s life. It could also denote a wasted or wrecked ministry or personal life. (Psalm 9:17; Proverbs 9:18; Isaiah 5:14)

Battery – When dreaming of a battery this could represent being recharged or rejuvenated in one’s spiritual or natural life.

Positive: Dreaming of a battery could symbolize strength and power in one’s ministry or in a personal situation. It also could signify becoming motivated in the word of God. (Jude1:20)

Negative: This could also represent a lack of spiritual power or being weak spiritually.

Bicycle – When dreaming of a bicycle this could represent a messenger either from God or Satan.

Positive: This bicycle in a dream could symbolize a family or another person being added to one’s life or ministry. This particular bike may be built for two or have a child seat.

Negative: Bicycle could also signify works of the flesh and legalism which could represent falling from God’s grace. This could also mean not having faith or being self-righteousness but working out difficult situations in one’s own strength. (Galatians 5:4, 19)

Blimp – When dreaming of a blimp this could represent being controlled or puffed up by the trickery and craftiness of men.

Negative: The blimp could symbolize weakness or being a wimp in one’s ministry or personal life. This vehicle could represent being moved or carried away by every wind of doctrine. (Ephesians 4:14)

  

Boat–  When dreaming of a boat or ship the bible describes this vehicle as being the church or depending on the size and movement it could symbolize a personal or powerful ministry.

Positive: A boat could represent in a dream one’s natural or spiritual life, recreation or spare time for ministry or with loved ones.  If a powerboat is in your dream this could suggests a powerful ministry or you’re progressing very quickly in the spirit realm. This also refers to ship. If it is a small or sailboat this could signify embarking on one’s personal ministry or it may be referring to being moved by the spirit of God.   (Genesis 6:16; 1Timothy 1:19)

Negative: To have a dream of a battleship could represent a spiritual warfare in one’s ministry or personal walk with the Lord; it also could denote that you need to seek more guidance and direction from the Lord. (Luke 8:22-23)

Brakes – When dreaming of brakes this could represent being stopped or waiting on something.

Positive: To dream of brakes could symbolize a resistance to sin and temptation. It also could denote overcoming a bad situation or sin. (Acts 16:6-7)

Negative: Dreaming of brakes could represent a hindrance or a withdrawal in one’s ministry or personal life. This could also signify not being able to resist or change bad lifestyle or traditions. (2 Peter 2:14)

Bus –  When dreaming of a bus this could represent a church or a teaching ministry.

Positive: This vehicle could represent in a dream unity in a group or one’s ministry. It could also represent learning or submitting to the church. Dreaming of a passenger or tour bus could represent sojourners which mean to stay or dwell in one’s ministry or personal life.(Hebrews 11:9)

Helicopter-  When dreaming of an helicopter this vehicle could represent one’s ministry or an individual. Depending on the direction or movement of the helicopter depends on the movement of one’s ministry or personal life.

Positive: A helicopter could represent, if moving versatility and resourcefulness in one’s ministry or personal life. (2 Timothy 4:2)

Negative:  If the helicopter is in the air but not moving this could represent lack of progress, going nowhere fast and motionless in one’s ministry or personal life.

Limousine – When dreaming of a limo this could represent being important in one’s ministry or personal life.

To have a dream of a limousine is showing you are prideful in more than one areas of the ministry or church. Your service in the ministry or church is operating out of arrogance and it is not fruitful. You think your helping but all of your works are empty and useless.

 Positive: Dreaming of a limo could signify the importance of one’s works in ministry or personal walk.

Negative: This could also represent one being prideful because of the fruit of one’s works in ministry or personal life.

Motorcycle – When dreaming of a motorcycle this could represent a personal ministry or an individual.

Positive: To dream of a motorcycle this could represent a swift progress in one’s ministry or personal life.

Negative: This could also represent rebellion against authority and becoming selfish and pride because of the fruit of one’s works in the church or one’s personal life. (2 Peter 2:10; 1 Samuel 15:23)

Motor – When dreaming of a motor this could represent power in one’s ministry or personal life.

Positive: Dreaming of a motor could symbolize a fresh anointing and power in one’s ministry. This could also denote having motivation to fulfill God’s will in one’s life. (Acts 10:38)

Moving Van –  When dreaming of a moving van this could represent a move or change in one’s  natural or spiritual life.

Positive: Dreaming of a moving van could symbolize being moved from one denominations or church to another. It could also represent changing relationships or relocating naturally or spiritually. (Ezekiel 12:2-3)

Raft – A raft is a flat float usually made of logs or planks that can be used as a platform for swimmers.

Positive: When dreaming of a raft this could represent an emergency escape from a difficult situation in one’s spiritual or personal life.

Negative: To dream of a raft could represent not having direction or powerless in one’s ministry or personal life. This could also denote to be aimless or adrift in a certain situation.

Roller coaster – To dream of a roller coaster this could represent the enjoyment or exhilaration of the ups and downs of trails in one’s ministry.

Positive: When dreaming of a roller coaster this could represent eagerness or an excitement for one’s ministry or personal life.

Negative: A roller coaster in a dream could symbolize unfaithfulness to a person or a ministry which can cause a wavering of faith.  This could also represent being emotionally unstable as in a double minded man is unstable in his ways. (James 1:6-8)

Seat belt – When dreaming of a seat belt this could represent a security in one’s ministry or personal life depending on how secure or unsecure the seat belt is.

Positive: A seatbelt in a dream could symbolize assurance or safety in one’s spiritual or natural life. (Psalms 118:27)

Negative: If the seat belt is unfastened this could represent in a dream an unsafe and/or dangerous situation in one’s life or ministry. This could symbolize a lack of prayer and commitment to one’s ministry.

Tires – When dreaming of tires this could represent one’s spiritual condition or one’s life.

Positive: A four wheeler could represent in a dream embarking on a full ministry and establishing the full gospel.

Negative: Dreaming of deflated fires could represent disappointment or a hindrance in one’s ministry or personal life. This could also symbolize a depression or dismay because of lack of prayer in one’s life.

Tractor (farm) – When dreaming of a tractor this could represent a powerful work or it could also represent one’s ministry being slow yet powerful.

Tractor Trailer-  When dreaming of a tractor trailer this could symbolizes a powerful and/or large work, depending on the size of the trailer is often the size of the work.

Interpreting Dreams Colors

To dream in color or a color to stand out in a dream symbolizes different characters of the Lord. Many of the colors you can see in heaven and their symbolism are the same. Colors can represent different moods of God or His outlook on your position. A few colors could mean a visitation from the Lord.

A

Amber – When dreaming of the color amber the bible describes this color as being fire, which represents God’s glory, the brilliance of His presence and His judgments. This dream may also be indicating that the dreamer or someone in the dream is receiving a visitation from the Lord.

Positive: This color in a dream could represent the fire of God revealing Himself in a more intimate and personal way. The bible also illustrates amber as being the color of fire which consumes or devours but will not burn. (For our God is a consuming fire.)

Black – When dreaming of the color black the bible describes this color as being the presence and secret place of the Father. It also shows this color as being ‘comely ‘as in lovely or beautiful.

Negative: Dreaming of the color black could represent a lack of substance or spiritual nourishment as in famine. (Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.) It also illustrates in the bible that the Lord told Israel to bid which means to put on the fringes of their clothing a blue cord to remember His commandments. The bible also refers the color blue as being God’s spirit or word.

Positive: This color could symbolize having a heavenly visitation from the Lord and the dreamer may receive a divine revelation through spiritual gifts. Dreaming of the color blue could represent being chastened by the Father, for the blueness of a wound cleanseth away evil. It could in one context mean water, to cleanse or to drink freely by the spirit. Brown – When dreaming of the color brown the bible describes this as being dead, without spirit (as dead as grass is brown).

Positive: This color could represent being born again in the spirit realm. It could represent repenting of all sins and iniquities.

Negative: This color could represent in a dream being without God’s guidance or spirit. Brown also could represent being dead spiritually.

Crimson – When dreaming of the color crimson the bible describes this color as being the shed of Christ blood for the remission of sins, (for the blood is the life). The bible also illustrates this color as fine materials.

Positive: This color could represent in a dream a covenant being restored (as in Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you). Crimson could also represent a covering or sacrifice (as in, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy). It could also symbolize being cleansed from sin (though your sin be red like crimson, they shall be white as wool).

Positive: This color could represent a gift from or of God (as in a prudent wife is a gift from the Lord). Yellow could also symbolize in a dream a marriage covenant, family or to be honored or having honor in one’s natural or spiritual life. It could also represent your understanding for the word of God and your strong desire to seek wisdom. (Ps. 68: 13; Proverbs 19:14) 

Negative: Dreaming of the color yellow could represent a deceitful gift or some sort of illness if your hair is yellow (as in a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it [is] a dry scall, [even] a leprosy upon the head or beard). This color could also denote a cowardliness or fear in one’s spiritual or natural life.

Negative: Ankles in a dream could represent in a dream a lack of faith in one’s spiritual life. This could also represent growth issues or an hindrance because lack of guidance in one’s life.

Arm - When dreaming of an arm the bible describes this as Jesus reaching out to help or show mercy.

Feet - When dreaming of feet the bible describes this as an act or gesture of humility.

Hands - When dreaming of hands the bible describes this as being works or deeds, as in their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.

Positive: Dreaming of hands could represent if the hands are raised worshiping or surrendering one’s will or heart to the Lord. To shake someone’s hand in a dream could represent a covenant or agreement being made. (Psalm 128:2; 1Timothy 2:8)

If one’s hands are covering the face this could represent guilt or shame of a certain situation or a hidden grief. To dream of hands trembling this could represent a spiritual weakness or fear. Head - When dreaming of a head the bible describes this as being the head or having authority, as in the head of every man is Christ.

Negative: Shoulders in a dream could represent being stubborn or tired. If the shoulders are drooped down this could represent being overburdened with life or feeling discouraged and helpless. Teeth - When dreaming of teeth the bible describes this as either gaining or losing wisdom depending on the condition of the teeth.

Positive: Dreaming of teeth could represent working out own salvation as in but we glory in tribulations also knowing tribulation worketh patience and experience. If the teeth are false this could represent replacing wisdom or gaining wisdom through previous failures. Negative: To dream of animal teeth this could represent danger in one’s spiritual or personal life. This could also represent immaturity or being without knowledge if the teeth are baby teeth. To have a toothache in a dream this could represent a trail or trouble in one’s life. This could also represent gaining wisdom through a trail.
